Since moving on from Harken South Africa in 2014, he has done a lap and a half of the planet as a Harken service technician for 2 Volvo Ocean races, worked with an Americas up team installing and optimizing their systems and worked as Harken ProCare European Manager in Palma. Now as founder of Sailing Systems based in Palma, Simon is working alongside the ProCare Global Team.
